Track competitors, publishers, platforms, and industry shifts to identify market opportunities and risks. Collaborate closely with the global sales team to ensure research aligns with key account priorities. Build, maintain, and organize a structured database of market research, reports, and relevant data for sales enablement. Demonstrate a strong passion for video games and industry culture to ensure insights are relevant, accurate, and authentic. a bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus. Previous experience in customer service, research, or a similar analytical role. Strong proficiency with digital tools, research platforms, and CRM systems. A deep passion for video games and solid knowledge of gaming trends, platforms, market segments, and major industry players. (Experience conducting market or competitive analysis.
