Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Purchase to Pay (P2P) department. This role focuses on supporting the Supplier Income Recovery process by promoting the issuance of payments from VCC suppliers and validating received payments according to country-specific requirements. The position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple systems and stakeholders to ensure accuracy and compliance. Responsibilities Support the Supplier Income Recovery process by ensuring timely issuance and validation of payments from VCC suppliers. Validate payments received against country-specific requirements and internal compliance standards. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain accurate records. Utilize multiple systems to manage and track payment processes, including: Mitra and Atlas 2.0 SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Tableau MS Office 365 Prepare reports and dashboards to monitor payment status and identify improvement opportunities. Act as a point of reference for internal teams regarding payment validation and supplier recovery processes. Skillset and Experience Required Experience: Previous experience in finance, accounts payable, or P2P processes preferred. Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA; familiarity with Tableau and MS Office 365. Analytical Ability: Strong attention to detail and ability to validate complex payment data. Communication: Clear and professional communication skills for internal and external stakeholders. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions promptly. Global Mindset: Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and adapting to country-specific requirements.
