Test automation Karate/with Java: Responsibilities: Design and implement robust automation frameworks

using

Karate and Java

to ensure software quality. Develop and maintain UI automation scripts

leveraging

Selenium WebDriver

(experience with Playwright is a plus). Lead API testing initiatives

using

Rest Assured

and Karate to validate complex web services. Perform backend testing and data validation

by executing advanced

SQL

queries. Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines

using

Jenkins and Azure DevOps . Manage version control workflows

using

Git

to ensure code integrity and collaboration. Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments , participating in sprint planning and daily stand-ups to align quality goals. Apply automation best practices

to optimize test execution speed and reliability. Requirements: 4 to 8 years of experience

in software automation testing. Strong programming skills in Java

with a deep understanding of Object-Oriented principles. Hands-on expertise in API testing

(Karate, Rest Assured, JSON/XML). Proven experience with UI Automation

using

Selenium WebDriver . Strong knowledge of SQL

for database validation and backend verification. Solid understanding of web services

and modern web protocols. Desired: Experience with

Playwright

for modern UI testing. Familiarity with

Azure DevOps

for advanced pipeline management. Experience in professional services or global project environments. Languages Advanced Oral English. Advanced Spanish. Note: Hybrid.
