Welding Engineer – Sanmina (Metal Manufacturing Plant) Location: Guadalupe, NL Employment Type: Full-time Sanmina, a global leader in metal manufacturing solutions, is seeking a Welding Engineer to join our growing team. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (completed). 2+ years of experience in a Welding Engineer role. Hands-on experience with MIG (GMAW) and TIG (GTAW) welding processes. Experience in Friction Stir Welding and Spot Welding. Knowledge and application of AWS codes and standards. AWS Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) – highly desirable. Conversational English. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, monitor, and optimize welding processes to meet quality and production requirements. Ensure compliance with AWS standards across welding operations. Support continuous improvement activities and root cause analysis for welding-related issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Why Join Sanmina?
