Remote - Ads Manager Hours: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EDT Salary: $14-$18 About the Role We’re seeking an Ads Manager to lead our paid media team and manage campaign performance across Google, Meta, and other platforms. You’ll oversee strategy, execution, and optimization to deliver consistent, high-quality leads while mentoring a small team. Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google, Meta, and other platforms Develop lead generation strategies with measurable ROI Monitor account performance and implement data-driven improvements Manage budgets and allocate spend for best results Report key performance insights and recommendations Collaborate with cross-functional teams for campaign alignment Train and support team members to improve performance Qualifications: 2–4 years of experience managing Google and Meta Ads campaigns Proven success driving lead generation and ROI Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience managing budgets and KPIs Team leadership or mentorship experience preferred Proficiency with Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and ad dashboards Familiar with ClickUp, Everhour, and Google Workspace Bonus: Experience with Zapier, Go High Level, or ad copywriting Excellent English communication both written and spoken Benefits 10 PTO days per year (+2 per year, up to 20)11 paid holidays Half-day Fridays after completing a 40-hour week Performance-based bonuses Growth and leadership opportunities To apply: Send your resume and a brief cover letter highlighting your experience to jobs@laborlinkglobal.com As part of our application process, you may be asked to complete a short skill assessment to help us evaluate your fit for the role.
