Position Overview We are hiring a Bilingual Recruiter to lead structured, high-performance hiring initiatives across departments including legal, operations, automation, and marketing . The ideal candidate brings 5+ years of recruitment experience , is fluent in English and Spanish , and is skilled in resume analysis, pre-employment validation, and performance-based hiring .
Full-Cycle Recruitment
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviews, and offers
Use hiring platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, BambooHR , and internal databases
Build structured interview guides and track results in recruitment dashboards
Cross-reference past employment with public data and AI tools
Hiring Strategy & Quality Control
Advise on pre-employment testing , soft-skill evaluation, and onboarding readiness
California) legal and HR standards
5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably across legal or operational roles
~ Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Spanish
~ Hands-on experience with ATS systems (e.g., Deep understanding of structured interviews and performance-based selection

Familiarity with California labor laws and performance expectations
Proficiency with tools like ChatGPT, Google Workspace, and TestGorilla
