This role combines the disciplines of business intelligence analysis and user experience (UX) design to drive data-driven insights that enhance the employee experience and drive business outcomes.

How you will contribute

As a Business Intelligence Analyst/UX Designer, you will play a key role in synthesizing data from various sources to uncover actionable insights that improve our understanding of our workforce. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to design intuitive and user-friendly data visualizations and interfaces that empower decision-making and drive positive employee experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources, including HRIS, employee surveys, performance evaluations, and other relevant sources.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and interactive data visualizations that provide insights into employee engagement, retention, diversity and inclusion, talent management, and other key people metrics.
  • Translate complex data sets into clear and actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and inform HR and business initiatives.
  • Conduct user research and testing to understand the needs and preferences of stakeholders and end-users, ensuring that data products are intuitive, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
  • Stay current with technological trends and best practices in business intelligence, data visualization, and UX design, and their potential application to enhance our analytical capabilities and user experiences.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field; M
  • Proven experience (3+ years) in business intelligence analysis, data visualization, and UX/UI design, preferably in a HR or people analytics context.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of UX design principles, information architecture, and user-centered design methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of relational databases (e.g. SQL)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for turning data into actionable insights that drive business impact.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
