Bilingual Trainer / Facilitator / LMS Trainer – Hospitality Leadership Onboarding
100% REMOTE / Mexico

Bilingual Proficiency (Spanish & English)

We are seeking a high-level Facilitator to lead the virtual onboarding of Hotel General Managers and Franchise Managers. You will deliver instructor-led training (vILT) to ensure a seamless transition for experienced hospitality leaders into brand standards and operational systems.

Facilitate virtual, instructor-led sessions for hotel GMs and senior franchise leadership in English and Spanish.
LMS Management: Utilize Saba LMS to manage curricula, track participation, and report on completion metrics.
Adult Learning Mastery: Apply advanced facilitation best practices to engage and influence experienced executives and adult learners.
Partner with internal teams to refine onboarding content and provide reporting via MS Office Suite.

Experience: Proven background training people managers/executives using adult learning principles.
Hyatt brand experience is strongly preferred.
Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.

Experience onboarding hotel franchise owners or senior directors.
Strong executive presence and the ability to command a virtual classroom.
