Startup en fase de crecimiento en Monterrey busca perfiles de ejecución pura: personas que vienen a hacer que las cosas pasen. Estamos construyendo procesos mientras el avión está volando. Buscamos perfiles que asuman ownership total de la ejecución operativa y de los resultados, con foco absoluto en orden, ritmo y escalabilidad, alineados a la estrategia del grupo. Este no es un rol corporativo ni administrativo. Buscamos un Head of RH operador y hands-on, cómodo ejecutando directamente y construyendo procesos desde cero en un entorno de alta velocidad. Objetivo del rol Ejecutar y escalar la función de Recursos Humanos de la empresa, asegurando orden operativo, absorbiendo la complejidad local, resolviendo fricciones del día a día y quitando carga operativa al CEO y a la estructura central. Operación y ejecución Ejecutar la estrategia operativa definida, traduciéndola en planes de acción claros y ejecución diaria consistente. Implementar y sostener ritmos operativos efectivos (KPIs, revisiones semanales, seguimiento a compromisos y resultados). Resolver fricciones operativas de forma autónoma, escalando únicamente decisiones que modifiquen prioridades estratégicas o lineamientos del grupo. Identificar y eliminar cuellos de botella que afecten eficiencia, calidad o escalabilidad. Tomar decisiones operativas dentro de su marco de autoridad, priorizando impacto, continuidad del negocio y velocidad de ejecución. Perfil requerido Experiencia comprobada en startups o empresas en fase de crecimiento y escalamiento. Perfil altamente orientado a la ejecución, capaz de convertir estrategia en resultados medibles. Capacidad para operar en contextos de ambigüedad, cambio y alta velocidad. Liderazgo firme, práctico y enfocado en resultados. Alto nivel de autonomía operativa, respetando lineamientos estratégicos y marcos de decisión superiores. Experiencia colaborando con múltiples áreas funcionales para asegurar alineación operativa. No buscamos perfiles corporativos pesados, de gobierno global o con foco excesivo en reporteo sin impacto en ejecución. Oferta / Oportunidad Crecimiento profesional conforme escale la operación.
