Our manufacturing plants are located in different parts of the world, which helps us be close to car manufacturers (OEMs) and find the best solutions for their needs, even for complex applications.

Manage, lead, and oversee the areas involved in the assigned new projects throught their handover to the manufacturing area, with the objective of ensuring customer satisfaction and trust by complying with each project´s specific requirements and with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CSR´s, The Integrated Management System(IMS), and other applicable standars.


Manage and monitor the defined project schedule to ensure project completion, timely reporting tasks that cannot be achieved on time and defining corrective actions together with the project team to mitigate time and cost risks (using the defined escalation system).
Define and manage all activities required for project development (create and maintain the project schedule).
Manage all tasks defined for new project development through APQP, using project management software.
Ensure the project complies with customer requirements for both product and process.
Evaluate costs, timelines, feasibility, and quality from the quotation stage onward.
Timely inform all stakeholders of any changes in project development and define corrective actions with the team when specific requirements are not met.

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership skills and a solid background in the automotive industry. The ideal candidate is results-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing cross-functional teams throughout the full project lifecycle.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional project teams.
Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for project tracking and reporting.
Experience using Microsoft Project for project planning and schedule management.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

3 years of experience as a Project Manager.
