Organizational Change Management – Senior Consultant – Americas Delivery Mexico (ADMX)

As an experienced OCM Senior Consultant you will have the ability to share new ideas and collaborate on projects as a consultant without the extensive demands of travel. Work you’ll do/Responsibilities

As a Senior Consultant, you will work with diverse global clients across a wide range of industries. You will have a variety of client facing responsibilities such as diagnosing issues using advanced analytical techniques, interviewing staff, formulating and making recommendations, and helping clients implement proposed solutions. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and assist them with Change Management design, development, and delivery necessary to successfully implement and adopt new technologies or business processes. You will do this by performing the following job responsibilities, among others:

• Support design, development and delivery of communication materials and communication while executing the overall project timeline and key milestones while employing research and analytical thinking in project work.

• Learn, apply, and communicate business-related concepts and ideas.

• Utilize strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills while exercising judgement and managing ambiguity

• Execute ideas and concepts effectively under pressure with tight deadlines.

Qualifications

Required

• 6-10+ years of consulting and/or industry experience.

• Completion of coursework (Egresado) in any pertinent field or industry.

• Responsible for supporting and leading project workstreams and/or teams.

• Identifies key drivers, defines problems, and proposes solutions.

• Advanced English level.

• Background in Digital Communication Tools.

• Proficiency in designing and editing communication materials.

• Strong strategic planning and project management skills.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Proficiency in using communication software and platforms, such as email marketing software, social media platforms, and design software.

• Strong analytical skills to evaluate communication data and effectiveness.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with various stakeholders.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage crises.

• Commitment to ethical communication standards and knowledge of relevant laws.

• Adaptability and openness to continuous learning.

Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Mexico at the time of hire; limited sponsorship may be available for this role based on business needs and applicable law.

Preferred

• Master’s degree, preferably in business, management, human resources, instructional design, education, organizational behavior, or psychology; or equivalent experience.

• +7 years of experience in industry or consulting in communication and development/organization design/change management/digital and cloud solutions space.

• Familiarity with ERP systems, e.g. Workday/Oracle/SAP.
