The role is based in Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid role). Lead commercial activities for fats, oils, emulsifiers, and lipid-based ingredients across Mexico & LATAM.
~ Conduct product trials, demos, and technical training with clients and internal teams.
~ Collaborate with Applications R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, and Supply Chain.
~ Translate technical capabilities into commercial value propositions for clients.
~ Manage CRM updates, sales forecasting, and performance reports.
~ What Makes You the Right Fit • Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Food Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
~3–5 years of technical sales experience, ideally in fats & oils or food ingredients.
~ Experience working with food manufacturers or industrial processors.
~ Fluent in Spanish; English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
~ Knowledge of LATAM regional regulations for fats, oils, and food additives. Opportunity to lead technical–commercial strategy in a high-impact regional role.
