If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you Position Objective: Support the organization in analyzing equipment hazards by providing advice and solutions. Take a comprehensive approach to human-machine interaction, analyze aspects of ergonomics and workplace risks, and define improvement measures and actions. Conduct incident investigations with technical functions from an ergonomic perspective. Experience: - Technical knowledge of reading diagrams and technical drawings Basic knowledge of automation (sensors, actuators, relays, PLCs) Time and motion analysis Knowledge of ergonomics Problem Solving Responsibilities: - Ensure and coordinate the periodic risk assessment of new and installed machinery and equipment in the plant. Compliance with technical procedures and requirements of the Pirelli group. Ergonomic risk analysis of plant operations in accordance with Pirelli group procedures. Complying with legal requirements regarding ergonomics. Ensuring and coordinating compliance with legal requirements regarding machinery and equipment risks and ergonomics among the responsible areas.
