Avanciers está buscando un IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics altamente calificado para unirse una emocionante posición de tiempo completo con uno de nuestros estimados cliente Fortune 500, con sede en Guadalajara y Ciudad de Mexico. Este es un rol Hybrid, que ofrece una combinación de colaboración presencial y flexibilidad remota.Los beneficios serán cubiertos por el cliente. IBM TM1 / Planning Analytics Hybrid (Guadalajara y Ciudad de Mexico) Fulltime Bilingüe (Ingles/ Español) Experiencia: 6–10 años Responsabilidades Clave Liderar implementaciones end-to-end de IBM TM1/Planning Analytics. Diseñar cubos, dimensiones, reglas, consolidaciones y procesos TI para ETL. Desarrollar aplicaciones en PAW/TM1 Web y reportes avanzados. Optimizar rendimiento, seguridad e integraciones con ERP, Data Warehouse y Cloud. Realizar workshops, levantar requerimientos y transformar necesidades de negocio en soluciones. Brindar expertise funcional en presupuesto, forecast y planificación financiera. Guiar a consultores junior y asegurar entregables de proyecto. Requisitos 6–10 años de experiencia práctica en IBM TM1/Planning Analytics. 4–5 implementaciones completas. Dominio de TI scripting, reglas, modelado multidimensional, PAW y PAfE. Conocimientos sólidos de SQL y modelado de datos. Fuerte entendimiento de procesos financieros (presupuesto, cierre, consolidación). Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, análisis y trato con clientes. Deseable Certificación en IBM Planning Analytics. Experiencia con otras herramientas EPM (Hyperion, SAP BPC, Anaplan, etc.). Conocimientos de Python/JavaScript y metodologías Ágiles. Formación avanzada en Finanzas (MBA, CPA, etc.).
