This strategic role owns the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of customer-centric features that advance our leadership in endpoint privilege management. As part of a globally distributed team, you will work cross-functionally with Engineering, Product Marketing, UX, and Technical Writing to bring secure, scalable features to market. Mexico City , this role offers a hybrid (Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday) work environment with strong regional team support. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, collaborating with agile teams to deliver iterative value. Partner with Engineering, QA, and Support teams to ensure high-quality releases and timely feature delivery. Enable internal teams with the context and training needed for successful launches. Skills & Requirements Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field (Master's degree preferred). 4+ years of product management experience in an Agile/Scrum environment; 4+ years of experience in software, SaaS, or cloud security-related roles. Strong domain knowledge of public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), infrastructure services, and enterprise IT environments (e.g., Certifications such as Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner are advantageous. fluent in English.
