Descripción del Rol: Buscamos un QA Automation Engineer con experiencia en el diseño, ejecución y mantenimiento de pruebas automatizadas y funcionales para asegurar la calidad de aplicaciones web y móviles. La persona será responsable de garantizar la estabilidad, rendimiento y confiabilidad de las soluciones, colaborando estrechamente con equipos de desarrollo y producto bajo metodologías ágiles. Responsabilidades - Diseñar, documentar y ejecutar casos de prueba funcionales, de regresión y estrés. Desarrollar, mantener y optimizar pruebas automatizadas. Participar en la planificación y definición de requerimientos de calidad. Analizar resultados, identificar defectos y dar seguimiento a su resolución. Colaborar con equipos multifuncionales para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad. Realizar pruebas en aplicaciones web y móviles. Utilizar herramientas de gestión y seguimiento de incidencias y actividades (Jira, Azure DevOps o similares). Requisitos Técnicos - Experiencia en QA Automation. Diseño y ejecución de pruebas: Funcionales Regresión Estrés Caja negra / caja blanca Experiencia en pruebas para aplicaciones web y móviles. Uso de herramientas como SoapUI o Postman para pruebas de APIs. Conocimiento básico de Robot Framework. Conocimiento básico a intermedio en SQL. Manejo de Microsoft Project, Jira o herramientas similares para gestión. Conocimientos en Azure DevOps. Experiencia trabajando bajo metodología Scrum. Competencias - Comunicación efectiva y asertiva. Capacidad de negociación. Manejo de frustración y resolución de conflictos. Toma de decisiones y pensamiento analítico. Proactividad, responsabilidad y orientación a resultados. Habilidad para detectar obstáculos y proponer soluciones. Colaboración y trabajo en equipo.
