Oversee day-to-day operations, ensure compliance with processes, and lead a team to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction at the Visa Application Centre.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage all administrative and functional activities at the VAC.
  • Conduct audits and implement process changes.
  • Ensure accuracy in visa application processing.
  • Monitor and reduce errors.
  • Enhance customer satisfaction and productivity.
  • Maintain adherence to SLAs and SOPs.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Handle customer escalations and support functions.
  • Train and develop the team.
  • Manage productivity, security, and succession planning.

Requirements:

  • Graduate with 2-5 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and team management skills.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Additional :

Advanced English level is mandatory
