Roles and Responsibility

PositionSummary:

TheSolution Consultant will design, deliver, and execute business solutions andthe activities of implementing ARCOS product solutions to new and existingcustomers. Work directly with customers to determine business rules andprocesses. Assist with completing configuration documentation, implementationand train customers to test and prepare for go-live. Ensure thatimplementations of ARCOS product solutions are accomplished within prescribedtime frames and standards.

Responsibilities:

Thisis intended as an outline of the essential functions of the position. Actualmetrics that measure job performance are set forth in separate performancemanagement documentation.

· Demonstrate strong knowledge andadherence of the ARCOS Solutions Delivery Framework within assigned productsolution areas.

· Facilitate demos of assigned productsolutions with sales staff to determine customer configuration requirements andfeasibility for successful implementation.

· Contribute to pre-sale whiteboardsessions, rough order of magnitude scope documents and formal scopes of workused to specify required deliverables for a product solution implementationproject.

· Development of presentation materialsfocused on product solutions for key project implementation meetings andinternal training as assigned.

· Coordinate and facilitate productsolution configuration project related meetings with customer stakeholders toinclude leading and/or co-leading Implementation Workshops and ConfigurationWalkthroughs on-site at customer location and remotely.

· Oversee analysis of requirements anddata submitted by customers. Perform analysis of requirements and level of“fit” to ARCOS product solutions.

· Ability to act as an individualcontributor on a project, primarily as a product subject matter expert (“SME”)leading all configuration for assigned product solutions and that are alignedto customer contracted deliverables.

· Communicate project status to ARCOSproject manager, team members, management and client as deemed necessary.

· Implement product solutionconfiguration and testing plans based on customer requirements.

· Responsible for the User AcceptanceTesting requirements (test script creation and customer feedback processing)within any given project and product solution delivery.

· Work directly with customers toestablish optimal implementation of operational workflow to enable ease ofproject plans and manage each phase of projects.

· Provide excellent customer serviceand professionalism to ARCOS customers and internal departments.

· Assist with coordination of ARCOSEngineering developers to ensure proper configuration of ARCOS productsolutions and testing team to ensure complete testing of ARCOS productsolutions.

· Accountable for simultaneous,multiple small/medium product solution implementation projects.

· Support and influence incrementalbusiness opportunities at new and existing customers and/or partners andeffectively communicate to Sales and Management.

· Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Individualin this position should have:

· Bachelor’sdegree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience.

· Aminimum of five years’ experience working directly with customers on needsanalysis and implementing software applications or related IT projects.

· Abilityto read, analyze and interpret general business documents, technical proceduresand customer reference materials.

· Abilityto write reports, training materials and procedure manuals.

· Abilityto act as an individual contributor on a customer project, primarily as aproduct solution subject matter expert (“SME”) for two or more ARCOS productsolutions.

· Reasoningability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions inmathematical or diagram form and work with abstract and concrete variables.

· Competencywith Salesforce, Office 365, and Jira.

· Excellenttyping skills, strong grammar, and spelling abilities.

· Attentionto detail, and knowledge of basic operational hygiene

· Statusreporting

· Conductactions with integrity and accountability

· Workingknowledge of UNIX/AIX and SQL.

· Ability to have 50% travel, including domestic andinternational. The ability to travel by air is mandatory. Must possess a validdriver’s license.
