A Snapshot of Your Day (position overview)

The Order Manager Coordinator will support Order Managers in the Orlando Head Quarters with various tasks.The PMO COM Team services and maintains the Long Term Projects in the Gas Service Organization .

How You’ll Make an Impact (responsibilities)

You will make an impact by supporting the SPRs daily in a variety of tasks listed but not limited to:

· ARIBA Guided Buying – Indirect Material Requests
· Ticket Submittal and follow through completion - JIRA/TC/CDM
· Support inquiry requests when needed to ensure Materials are created and are made orderable
· Manage Alert Dashboard with specific concentration on the following alerts:

  • Timeliness of Req. Conversion PO
  • OTD of POs (Not Necessarily ICC)
  • Resolve Alert Dashboard Notifications
  • SD WBS Locked
  • Item Route Missing
  • PR Without PO

· Create Action Tracker for Inbound Deliveries Delivered but not received at FLC

· Support SPRs during outage season to ensure adequate support to meet customer requirements

· Responsible for the correction of interunit purchasing workflow errors (SIDOC)

· Domestic Transportation Support

· Check pictures of FAST inspection for Country of Origin and ISPM-15 markings

· Additional scope as needed to support SPR needs

· Overflow of Order Management activities if necessary

What You Bring (requirements)

  • Bachelors of Sciences in Business, Engineering or related field or working towards degree
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of work experience
  • Experience with SAP preferred
  • Must be self-motivated and highly professional
  • Results Oriented & attention to detail
  • Ownership mindset
  • Knowledge of Power Generation business, financial, and operational processes
  • Effective communication and organizational skills are a must
  • Displays a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high-impact, complex, and/or cross-functional problems
  • Strong Interpersonal & Customer Service Skills
