At  Bright , we are building a global movement to rapidly spread clean energy across Mexico and beyond. We do so by simplifying the adoption of rooftop solar via advanced technology and human connection. ???? About the position:

This position is vital to ensure fast design creation for all customers. This person should be creative and proactive to create the best design according to our quality standards and cost-efficiency. Also, this brighter must be detail-oriented to review data from online sources of information.

???? We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is personable and excited to help the solar revolution grow.
  • Has1 year of experience with 3D modeling software (desirable).
  • Has great spatial perception skills.
  • Has the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables (SLA compliance).
  • Is an effective team player.
  • Has the following skills:
  • Detail oriented
  • Organization and reliability
  • Clear and concise communication
  • Metrics driven

???? Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Photovoltaic design creation:
  • Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality standards in designs.
  • Ensure designs creation on SLA
  • Ensure quick response time even as the amount of work varies

???? Your Key Results will be:

  • At Bright we operate on the OKR system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies
  • For this role, your KRs (upon which your success will be measured) are:
  • Ensure 100% of Sales Visits with design requests on time have a Pre-design submitted at least 2 hours before SV. 
  • Keep an average of 9.5/10 score per month according to quality, response time and correct submission evaluation.
  • Keep a rejection ratio below 5%.
