SRG Global is seeking you to join our team as an Account Manager in Irapuato, Guanajuato. This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker who can work independently, think creatively, and build meaningful relationships to manage and grow any of our customer accounts long-term.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
  • Perform market analysis to determine customer strategy and growth plan.
  • Lead account profitability analysis to ensure sustainable account financial performance.
  • Develop price targets in line with current market conditions to maximize profit.
  • Manage the overall customer relationship.
  • Pursue new opportunities and communicate with customers on existing and future programs.
  • Interface with customer purchasing, design and quality personnel to achieve a balance between company and customer expectations.
  • Partner with global counterparts on the development and implementation of the customer/product strategy
  • Interact with management team and manufacturing operations on cost and pricing issues.
  • Interact with cross functional teams supporting the cost and pricing issues during the program development phase.
  • Negotiate and implement pricing for programs under development.
  • Communicate effectively with manufacturing facilities to resolve open issues.
  • Create measures to demonstrate waste reduction.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience with corporate account management.
  • Experience using critical economic thinking and analysis for business opportunities.
  • Sales experience within the automotive sector.
  • Experience developing and implementing a growth strategy.
  • Willing and able to travel around 15% of the time.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance or Marketing.
  • Experience managing an OEM account.
  • Financial Accumen: cost and pricing.
