Broad and deep understanding of real estate, construction and facilities lifecycleDeep experience conducting financial/business analysis including preparation of reports.Consistently manages deadlines.Communication with top.Ability to research, identify and recommend system changes.Exceptional analytical, conceptual and creative thinking aptitude.Ability to comprehend, analyze, and interpret complex business documents, and respond to sensitive issues.Strong organization and time management skills to balance and prioritize work.Can balance structure with a Continuous Improvement approach.Ability to manage a multi-stakeholder process.Demonstrated ability to work within and lead a matrixed team across multiple geographies and time zones.Self-motivated and demonstrated ability to independently develop initiatives.Program orientation, blending strategic thinking and detailed tactical planning.
