Commercial Attorney

• Review and advice in legal matters, support all business units nationwide in Mexico, review and drafting of credit, trust, and other guarantee agreements; endraft and review of several types of agreements ; analysis and implementation of local regulation.

• Monitoring and legal advice regarding compliance with guidelines issued by Mexican authorities regarding the automotive industry and relationship with the Government for compliance with guidelines,

• Coordination, follow-up, and negotiation of litigation in which the group companies are part, as well as contact with external lawyers in charge of them,

• Legal support for special projects (ie join Ventures and spin offs),

• Coordination and legal advice for the negotiation and signing of different legal documents with clients, direct relationship for legal support,

• Advice and support CREM negotiations in Mexican localities.

• Law School

• Experience reviewing commercial contracts

• Experience with REPSE agreements

• English advanced

• Experience in coordinating lawsuits (desirable)
