Plant Operations
Operations Management leads and integrates the efforts of a single team or multiple teams across all shifts responsible for all quality, safety, cost, reliability and quantity of the line or lines which make up the value stream. Responsible for sound people management, problem solving and project management skills. Is responsible for producing finished goods or sub-assemblies for finished goods. They can be a machine operator or a team leader who helps coordinate activities and effectiveness of a group of machine operators as they complete their shift schedules. 

Reliability/Maintenance
General Maintenance includes skilled trades workers who construct, maintain, and repair facilities systems, buildings, and equipment including: •Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC), welding, and mechanical repair & maintenance •Machining repair & maintenance trades (i.e., tool & die making, mold making, metal part making, etc.) •Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Programming •Heavy Equipment Operators.
Reliability roles are responsible for the reliability of manufacturing machineries or power plant equipment that is used to manufacture finished goods, sub- assemblies for finished goods, or equipment used to carry out our logistics function.

Responsable de análisis de los principales KPI´s de mantenimiento, para proponer eventos de mejora continua para la optimización de los indicadores clave de mantenimiento, Ingeniería y confiabilidad de equipos.

Asegura que existan planes de mejora continua para optimizar la función de Ejecución de Mantenimiento planeado, preventivo y predictivo.

Responsabilidades Clave

Desarrollar, aplicar y mejorar procedimientos de mantenimiento planeado, correctivo y predictivo en la planta. Se basa en modelos establecidos; adapta, mejora y complementa, también propone nuevos sistemas. Todo esto en función de las instalaciones existentes y de los recursos disponibles. Garantizar que la planta cumpla con los volúmenes de producción, con calidad del producto y del servicio. Y mantener en óptimas condiciones las instalaciones.

Lleva registros en bitácoras, programas de mantenimiento y formatos, de las actividades de mantenimiento. Registrando la información técnica (variables físicas, eléctrica, procesos, presión, parámetros). Cumplir con los sistemas de mantenimiento. Pasar a ingeniero de mantenimiento.

Montero-Cata llena la segunda parte del BDA y/o BPS  y Mexicano-Pablo  ejecuta acciones de modificaciones de máquinas y Montero ejecuta las acciones sistemáticas que se detonen en el.

Generar, dar seguimiento e implementar ideas para la mejora de calidad, eficiencia y desperdicio. Asegura tener indicadores para detectar continuamente oportunidades de mejora en los equipos y procesos de la planta.

Coordina una revisión periódica de los resultados, planes de trabajo y proyectos de mejora.

Analiza resultados y problemas para impulsar mejoras a sus planes y genera proyectos de mejora.

Soporta en el entrenamiento del equipo de mantenimiento

Colabora en la coordinación de actividades enfocadas a la mejora continua entre las distintas funciones de mantenimiento.

Ejecuta la OT planeadas físicamente en mantenimientos y arranques, asegurar que se ejecuten se escalan riesgos

Actualiza los planes maestros de mantenimiento preventivo y predictivo.

Participa en proyectos de mejora.

Participar, ejecutar y asegurar el seguimiento establecido en FMOS y MSE.

Contexto y Alcance

Como se realiza el trabajo y como opera

  • Desarrolla, aplica y mejoras sistemas de mantenimiento para los diferentes equipos, Corrige fallas de equipos y sistemas bajo presión. Negocia con proveedores .Detecta oportunidades de mejora.
  • El asociado deberá entender la operación de la planta e involucrar a cada una de las áreas, para generar el plan de mantenimiento durante los paros mayores y arranques de planta.
  • El asociado deberá entender las restricciones, interdependencias y complejidad de la operación de la planta.
  • El asociado deberá ser capaz de calcular el cumplimiento del programa de mantenimiento preventivo y paros por mantenimientos mayores, calcular la efectividad de las actividades realizadas.
  • El asociado deberá ser capaz de manejar SAP para la creación de programas de mantenimiento preventivos y correctivos.
