Nuestro segmento de comunicaciones ópticas acaba de evolucionar de ser un fabricante de fibra óptica y cable, hardware y equipos para convertirse en un proveedor integral de soluciones ópticas líder en la industria, abarcando la industria de comunicaciones más amplia. Provides subject matter expertise in engineering that improves product, process and/or equipment performance (cost, quality and service) and/or advances the innovation process to enable the delivery of new products. Provides solutions for increased process selects, increased material utilization, decreased costs, and improvement to product quality by planning, organizing and implementing projects. Is a leader in obtaining fundamental process understanding and meeting the lowest cost producer objectives

Designs and analyses first generation / next generation products, processes and/or equipment in support of a new product / technology introduction. Maintains knowledge of the latest developments in their area of expertise in order to identify and document any intellectual property developed as part of a project

 

  • Developing and implementing maintenance strategies to prevent equipment failures.
  • Provides leadership, direction and guidance in developing, communicating and managing Reliability Improvement Programs.
  • Managing and supporting asset improvement and reliability initiatives from concept to implementation and reporting on achieved outcomes.
  • Monitoring equipment performance and analyzing data to identify potential issues.
  • Reliability Engineers collaborate with maintenance teams to design and implement maintenance plans.
  • Conducting failure analysis: When a product or system fails, is responsible for investigating the cause and determining how to prevent it from happening again. This can involve analyzing data, conducting experiments, and consulting other experts to develop solutions.
  • Performing and supporting Root Cause Failure Analysis and troubleshooting for recurring technical failures. Conducting risk assessments to identify potential failure modes.
  • Administering predictive maintenance program through non-destructive testing methods Performing life cycle asset management, including new asset integration, asset preservation, and retirement of assets.
  • Developing and implementing reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) programs.
  • Developing and implementing condition-based maintenance (CBM) programs.
  • Participating in developing new equipment and processes to improve reliability and efficiency.
