Category Management AnalystImpulsar la mentalidad de Categoría 1 acelerando el crecimiento a través de conocimientos prácticos; Proporcionar Orientación estratégica para oportunidades de canal/marca y ganar influencia en las decisiones del día a día.
What are we looking for?Definir, implementar y ejecutar las tácticas de crecimiento/desarrollo empresarial de la categoría.
Desarrollar propuestas de merchandising y promoción para alcanzar los objetivos de ventas de la Categoría.
Impulsar la visión a corto plazo de nuestros clientes (dentro y fuera de Marte)
Mejore la experiencia del comprador, la estrategia de planograma y respalde la ejecución consistente en el punto de venta
Liderar el negocio alineado con categorías y cocrear la estrategia de categorías para el negocio de los clientes.
Desarrolla la comprensión del cliente a través de sus datos, contribuyendo al análisis general de la ruta de compra del consumidor.
Trabaja en estrecha colaboración con los clientes para definir la experiencia del consumidor y la estrategia de comercialización.
Definir el camino de compra de Mars para diversas asesorías y asociaciones de categorías con minoristas.
Elaboración de informes, análisis y presentación de KPI's para asesorías actuales.
