Las principales responsabilidades del puesto incluyen el cumplimiento del programa de producción diario, el servicio al cliente, el desempeño financiero del área, la implementación de iniciativas de excelencia operativa (EOHS, calidad, FP&R), las relaciones con los empleados e impulsar el desarrollo y el desempeño del equipo.

 

El OTL logra el éxito a través de asociaciones de colaboración con Supply Chain y aprovechando el enfoque renovado de la compañía en la agilidad, FEED de Supply Chain

 

Responsabilidades:

  • Demuestra comprensión, garantiza el cumplimiento y aplica las políticas y procedimientos corporativos y de EOHS del sitio relevantes, incluidos, entre otros, los requisitos mínimos de seguridad (MSB), bloqueo / etiquetado (LOTO), requisitos de comunicaciones peligrosas (HazCom)
  • Participa en la implementación de los principios de EOHS y las acciones correctivas a través de caminatas y un seguimiento efectivo.
  • Completa con precisión las observaciones del lugar de trabajo según los estándares
  • Participa en informes de incidentes e investigaciones de incidentes
  • Conoce el plan de respuesta a emergencias y lo implementa cuando es necesario
  • Demuestra comprensión, garantiza el cumplimiento y aplica las políticas y los procedimientos corporativos y de calidad del sitio relevantes.
  • Conoce los conceptos básicos de los requisitos de cGMP y garantiza el cumplimiento
  • Realiza y asegura buenas prácticas de documentación.
  • Participa activamente en caminatas para identificar problemas y dar seguimiento a las acciones correctivas.
  • Conoce el almacenamiento y la manipulación adecuados y garantiza el cumplimiento
  • Asegura que se complete la validación de la línea: conoce los pasos básicos de limpieza y sanitización y se asegura de que se completen correctamente
  • Realiza informes y seguimiento de no conformidades
  • Comprende los procedimientos de calidad y los requisitos de documentación y garantiza el cumplimiento.
  • Garantiza que los técnicos y operadores sigan los procedimientos operativos estándar (SOP’s)
  • Comprende el proceso de Gestión del cambio (MOC)
  • Completa de manera efectiva CAPA (Acciones correctivas y preventivas) para cualquier IF (Investigaciones de fallas)
  • Aprovecha el programa, los estándares y las pautas de FP&R para impulsar el desempeño
  • Facilita las reuniones de cambio de turno para facilitar las operaciones ininterrumpidas Entiende y participa en la Reunión diaria estándar
  • Utilice análisis de datos (OPERA, Tableau, etc.) para identificar oportunidades para impulsar el rendimiento a través de soluciones inmediatas y mejoras a largo plazo.
  • Analiza y comprende el origen de las pérdidas materiales e implementa acciones para reducirlas.
  • Comprende el modelo AEM para impulsar el rendimiento de la planta y los KPI operativos.
  • Conoce los principios 5S y VW y se asegura de que se mantengan de manera constante
  • Entiende y participa en las inspecciones 5S para su área.
  • Comprende el proceso de mantenimiento planificado y cómo afecta las operaciones de producción.
  • Asegura la ejecución de los planes de mantenimiento planificado
  • Apoya actividades para abordar problemas de equipos

 

Requisitos:

  • Licenciatura concluida en Ingeniería Química, Industrial o campo relacionado.
  • 2-3 años de experiencia en procesos de manufactura de consumo masivo.
  • Conocimientos en seguridad, higiene y calidad
  • Inglés intermedio-avanzado
  • Conocimiento en operaciones unitarias.
  • Experiencia en manejo de personal sindicalizado.
