Our portfolio includes chemicals & monitoring solutions, start-up & operation, membrane & ion exchange products, and custom engineered equipment.Water Technologies & Solutions is currently searching for an Area Manager
Responsibilities:
Establish the Strategy and Sales Plan in the assigned area in collaboration with the Sales Team and the Sales Director;Prepare the service plan in your assigned area in agreement with the Sales team and the Sales Director;Define the strategy and action plan to achieve the objectives of achieving the value generation projects (VGP) in Platinum clients according to CLP;Assign and manage resources in the assigned Area so as to ensure the achievement of sales and profitability objectives in due time;Provide leadership in direction and support to the sales team (Account Managers) in the assigned area;Coordinate sales and service activities through the effective use of assigned resources;Achieve sales and profitability objectives in the assigned Area by exploiting the capabilities that Suez WTS can offer to the market;Ensuring that Suez WTS 'company policy and high professional reputation are upheld, applying its approach and mission;Define and control compliance with the agreed service plan for specified customers; Keep all the tools for monitoring sales in your area updated;Participate in formal performance and development reviews with members of the sales team every six months;Provide effective coaching and supervision to the members of the Area;Provide effective training to your team members;Identify and suggest Training needs for the personnel assigned to your Area.
Requirements
Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Environmental, Industrial or Mining)Advanced in EnglishStrong experience in people managementExperience in the water treatment market (chemical products for water treatment)Strong experience in people managementDemonstrated domain in complex sales and market knowledge;Commercial Terms and Conditions negotiation experience;
