Mechatronics Design and Release Engineer-Switches

Esquema de trabajo: HYBRID: Up to 8 days by month (30 days) on site (MXTC or Plant).
1.-Realizar los cambios o modificaciones a partes componentes de las familias de vehículos asignados (CNs).
2.-Solicitar y autorizar las pruebas requeridas a sistemas, partes y componentes de las familias de vehículos asignados para validar que cumplen con los requerimientos del diseño (Design Verification Plan & Report).
3.-Elaborar y evaluar pruebas de ensamble y operación de partes en las plantas antes de su incorporación a producción vehicular (Production Evaluation Request).
4.-Determinar y publicar aprobaciones temporales o definitivas a validaciones de partes de las familias de vehículos asignados (Temporary Substitution Authorization, Interim Authorization Approval y Forever Requirement).
5.-Analizar y resolver las fallas de funcionamiento y durabilidad de partes en unidades de las familias de vehículos asignados (Customer Problem Resolution Team, Customer Advocate Group, “Tag” Quality Alert, E-CIMS, Expenses per unit sold y C/1000, Launch Indicators).
6.-Proponer/evaluar iniciativas de reduccións de costo a componentes (Technical Cost Reduction).
7.- Diseñar y validar partes de las familias de vehículos asignados y publicarlas en el archivo electrónico de partes (Electronic Bill of Material y FastCar), o modificarlas de acuerdo a los boletines de producto.
8.-Asistir a plantas de proveedores para certificar los procesos de producción, inspección y validación de partes cuando así lo requiera el “Process Sign Off” correspondiente así como participar en el proceso de “Resource Notice “.
9.-Elaborar estándares de Ingeniería.
10.-Elaborar reportes de cumplimiento (Compliance Reports).
11.-Procesar “Source Package” en conjunto con el departamento de abastecimiento.
12.-Coordinar y ejecutar DFMAs y PFMAs con proveedores.
13.-Soportar las fases de pilotaje en las plantas de ensamble.
