Plant Operations

Operations Management leads and integrates the efforts of a single team or multiple teams across all shifts responsible for all quality, safety, cost, reliability and quantity of the line or lines which make up the value stream. Responsible for sound people management, problem solving and project management skills. Is responsible for producing finished goods or sub-assemblies for finished goods. They can be a machine operator or a team leader who helps coordinate activities and effectiveness of a group of machine operators as they complete their shift schedules. 

Reliability/Maintenance
General Maintenance includes skilled trades workers who construct, maintain, and repair facilities systems, buildings, and equipment including: •Carpentry, plumbing, electrical, heating/ventilation/air conditioning (HVAC), welding, and mechanical repair & maintenance •Machining repair & maintenance trades (i.e., tool & die making, mold making, metal part making, etc.) •Computer Numeric Control (CNC) Programming •Heavy Equipment Operators.
Reliability roles are responsible for the reliability of manufacturing machineries or power plant equipment that is used to manufacture finished goods, sub- assemblies for finished goods, or equipment used to carry out our logistics function.

• Asegurar la correcta solución de anormalidades criticas de seguridad que pongan en riesgo la integridad de los asociados.
• Ejecución de trabajos con calidad y eficiencia para evitar riesgos potenciales de contaminación durante los trabajos de mantenimiento.
• Ejecución de los mantenimientos normativos que apliquen en los equipos
