GENERALES JOB TITLE: Maintenance Engineer JOB CODE: 40500124 JOB LEVEL: Professional (level II) JOB FUNCTION: Líder de mantenimiento SUBFUNCTION: Maintenance PUESTO AL QUE REPORTA: Maintenance Manager / Snr.Maintenance Engineer PUESTOS QUE LE REPORTAN: Maintenance Technician II. OBJETIVO DEL PUESTO El titular del puesto es responsable de la administración del recurso humano para la asignación de actividades preventivas, correctivas, predictivas de la línea a través de procedimientos y estándares, aumentando la eficiencia de activos enfocados a la productividad optimizando su disponibilidad, diseño y mejora de maquinaria, así como solución de problemas relacionado con el funcionamiento de maquinaria o equipo. III. PERFIL DEL PUESTO NIVEL DE ESCOLARIDAD: Ingeniería mecatrónica, electrónica, electromecánica, mecánico o afín. IDIOMA: Ingles Intermedio EXPERIENCIA: Experiencia 2 a 5 años o más en puesto similar en la industria automotriz o de autopartes preferentemente metalmecánica EXPERIENCIA QUE SUSTITUYE NIVEL DE ESCOLARIDAD: Experiencia de 5 años o más en puesto similar en la industria automotriz o de autopartes preferentemente metalmecánica, coordinando equipos de trabajo y desarrollo del personal. COMPETENCIAS TÉCNICAS: • Normas de Seguridad en cuestión de maquinaria (Bloqueo y candadeo). • Conocimientos en elaboración de planes de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo y predictivo. • Estándares de mantenimiento (Gestión de activos). • Conocimiento en estándares automotrices IATF 16949 • Programación de PLC, HMI, Servo drives (básico – intermedio). • Sistemas de visión y escáner industriales (lector de códigos, seguridad). • Conocimiento robots o manipuladores industriales. • Conocimiento de redes industriales (Ethernet, Device net, Profibus). • Control eléctrico. • Aplicación de soldadura automática y manual (MIG, TIG, SPOT y Plasma). DESCRIPCIÓN DEL PUESTO FUNCIÓN ROLES Y RESPONSABILIDADES Medio Ambiente Salud y Seguridad (EHS) ▪ Apoya la gestión y administración cotidiana del sistema ▪ Fomenta la participación y apoya a los equipos y comités EHS ▪ Promueve recursos adecuados para implementar, mantener y controlar EHS ▪ Asegura su participación directa y/o de sus equipos en los reportes de los equipos EHS ▪ Asegura que los empleados estén conscientes y asuman sus responsabilidades ▪ Fomenta que los empleados den sugerencias para mejorar el sistema EHS ▪ Comprender el sistema de gestión y su relación con las instalaciones ▪ Cumplir y hacer cumplir las políticas de Medio Ambiente, así como los procedimientos y reglamentos de la planta referente a la norma ISO 14001. ▪ Asegurar que se cumplan los requerimientos de la norma ISO 14001 aplicables a su área y puesto de trabajo. DESCRIPCIÓN Y PERFIL DE PUESTO Página 3 de 5 FRH-002 Rev. 2 Fecha: Calidad y SGC ▪ Cumplir con todos los requerimientos de nuestros sistemas de gestión de calidad (IATF16949), determinados por todas las partes interesadas. ▪ Cumplimiento en tiempo y forma en la realización a las auditorías LPA´s asignadas en el sistema EASE ▪ Cierre en tiempo y forma de los hallazgos asignados de las auditorias LPA´s asignadas en el sistema EASE ▪ Implementar acciones correctivas y preventivas de los puntos de mejora de las auditorias en capas. ▪ Documentar todos los procedimientos aplicables a su área en el Sistema de Gestión de Calidad. ▪ Asegurar cumplimiento de los requerimientos aplicables a su área para las auditorias de IATF 16949, cliente VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, CQI-15 y TQM. ▪ Cumplimiento a los 10 básicos de calidad en piso. ▪ Asegurar actividades que mantengan la calidad del producto a través de las normas correspondientes. ▪ Detener las líneas de producción por defectos de calidad o anomalías en los equipos. ▪ Cumplir con targets de Proceso (Reducción de scrap). Mejora Continua ▪ Liderar la creación de la cultura de mejora continua promoviendo los valores y siguiendo los lineamientos del sistema de producción CAMS, propiciando los comportamientos adecuados en su equipo de trabajo para generar el estilo de pensamiento basado en el PDCA. ▪ Generar la estrategia de proyectos de mejora para su departamento basado en el pronóstico y objetivo de ahorros de la planta y su departamento. ▪ Asegurar el funcionamiento de los sistemas y herramientas del sistema de producción CAMS en los que participe el departamento. ▪ Aplicación de la metodología 5´s DESCRIPCIÓN Y PERFIL DE PUESTO Página 4 de 5 FRH-002 Rev. 2 Fecha: Puesto de Trabajo • Fomentar el cumplimiento de políticas, procedimientos, requerimientos de la compañía (reglamentos internos, normativas IATF, VDA, BQIs, corporativas y gubernamentales). • Cumplir, respetar y fomentar en todo momento el procedimiento y reglamento de Control de Energías Peligrosas. • Cumplir, respetar y fomentar los valores corporativos. • Gestionar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo, correctivo para asegurar los equipos productivos (electrónica, control, electricidad, control de servos, motores, neumática, hidráulica PLC, HMI). • Generar planes de capacitación del personal asignado. • Entregar diaria de turno mediante bitácora electrónica y de manera verbalmente detallando las fallas ocurridas durante el turno (De manera clara, precisa y efectiva, con el turno anterior y posterior). • Realizar juntas diarias con su personal a cargo para tratar temas de seguridad, LOTO, calidad, paretos de tiempo muerto del día anterior, análisis, solución y seguimiento de fallas, refacciones, mantenimientos preventivos, correctivos y predictivos, además de seguimiento a las tarjetas de TPM abiertas. • Analizar y gestionar plan de acción acorde la tendencia de los objetivos clave del departamento (MTTR, MTBF, Disponibilidad, Cumplimiento plan preventivo). • Realizar y participar en juntas diarias para analizar causa raíz de los principales impactos al cumplimiento de los objetivos del departamento (A3, 8d´s, EWO´s). • Identificación de vida útil de los componentes (Robots, PLC, control eléctrico, electrónico, Motores y servos etc). • Identificación, gestión y dar seguimiento a inventario de refacciones de equipo automatizado. • Gestión y cierre de plan de acción del departamento. • Asegurar el cierre de ordenes correctivas y preventivas en sistema SAP
