The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising all Warehouse and logistic activities of an assigned work team on a shift basis by directing assigned associates in the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer product in a manner consistent with service and cost objectives, based on our global KPI priorities (Safety, quality, performance and environment).

•    Comply with the guidelines of the Quality, Safety, Health and Environment Policy, committed to satisfy the requirements of our customers and consumers by delivering high quality products, taking care of our impact on the environment, preventing injuries and deterioration of the health of our employees and visitors, complying with legal and other requirements applicable to our operation, as well as to continually improve our systems processes.

•    Ability to communicate effectively with variety of individuals.
•    Ability to pay close attention to detail
•    Anticipate, communicate and resolve internal and external issues that could affect the warehouse optimization
•    Organizing and maintaining warehouse up to standard to ensure maximum output.
•    Strong interpersonal skills and judgment in communicating with staff,
•    Ensure the efficient and safe operation of all warehouse activities.
•    Leading by example being a role model for Reckitt values and compass.
•    Management and control of the entire logistics operation, procedures with the authority, responsibility for managing internal and external transportation, scheduling of collections.

•  2+ years of experience supervising & leading people in a warehouse environment
•  Forklift experience & an excellent safety record
•  Must have strong leadership, communication, organizational & service skills.
•  Should have good PC knowledge of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as basic math skills
•  SAP experience preferred
