Submission for the position: Molding Maintenance Technician - (Job Number: 2401044)

ROLES Y RESPONSABILIDADES

1. - Puesta en marcha de procesos actuales nuevos en máquinas de inyección.

2. - Cambios y pruebas de molde.

3. - Resolución de problemas técnicos y mecánicos en máquinas de inyección.

4. - Manejo y control de equipos periféricos y auxiliares (Termos, Secadores, Chillers, Blenders, Valve Gates, Hot Runners).

5. - Elaboración de programas para robots de 3 y 5 ejes (Sepro, Milacron).

6. - Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a máquinas de inyección.

7. - Mantenimiento preventivo y correctivo a robots y periféricos.

8. - Diagnosticar falla en maquina y equipos para facilitar la reparación a proveedores.

9. - Llenado de todos los formatos aplicables.

10. - Trabajar en la mejora de procesos (optimizando tiempos, reduciendo scrap y aplicando mejoras).

11. - Cumplir con los estándares de seguridad.

AUTORIDAD

1.- Identificar si el equipo puede seguir trabajando no.

2.- Identificar que refacciones son necesarias para remplazar.

3.- Participar en proyectos de mejora continua.

CONOCIMIENTOS, HABILIDADES Y EXPERIENCIA

Educación y experiencia:

· Ingeniería terminada de preferencia en electromecánica o mecatrónica.

· Ingles básico.

· Experiencia de 2 años en puesto similar.

· Experiencia en sistemas hidráulicos y Neumáticos.

· Experiencia en instalaciones eléctricas 110,220 y 480.

Conocimientos y habilidades:

· Conocimiento en máquinas de inyección con sistema de rodillera y pistón de cierre.

· Conocimientos en sistemas hidráulicos (indispensable).

· Conocimientos en sistemas neumáticos (indispensable).

· Comprensión absoluta de diagramas eléctricos.

· Conocimientos en sistemas de vacío.

· Capacidad para coordinar plan TPM para el área de inyección.

· Experiencia en montaje y desmontaje de moldes. (deseable).

· Conocimientos en periféricos y auxiliares. (indispensable).

· Conocimientos en instrumentos de medición (cámara termográfica, pirómetros, vernier).

· Facilidad de palabra.

· Manejo del sistema Loto.

· Creación de programas para robots (deseable).

· Reparación de robots (ejes, sensores, servos, drives).

· Capacidad para utilizar equipos de soldadura. (deseable).

· Conocimientos de trabajos con 440 y 220 volts.

· Pensamiento crítico lógico.

· Capacidad organizativa.
