We are currently seeking a Lead QA to join our team in CDMX, Ciudad de México (MX-CMX), Mexico (MX).

"Responsibilities:
•    Maintain a Test Plan covering functional and automated testing.
•    Lead and mentor the QA team, executing the test plan through functional and automated testing.
•    Track and document defects.
•    Work with technical and product teams to define acceptance criteria for existing and new functionality, and define automated and manual tests as needed.
•    Track and document application performance and efficiency through testing.

Basic requirements:
•    5+ Years of hands-on experience in software QA testing, both manual and automation testing.
•    Bachelor’s Degree along with related work experience in software development and quality assurance.
•    Exposure to various development and testing tools for .NET.
•    Some knowledge of .NET/C# will be helpful.
•    Experience with Jira and Confluence.
•    Experience with SQL databases.
•    Effective communication and coordination skills and able to work efficiently under pressure.
•    Highly analytical and a problem-solver.
•    Bilingual in both English and Spanish is a plus."
