WE ARE GROWING in both our Mexico City & Monterrey offices We are looking for a full-time Regional Coordinator to join us in our Mexico City office to drive the growth of the Mexican market, as we strive to be the world’s largest and most trusted au pair program.

At Cultural Care Au Pair, we believe that cultural exchange has the power to make the world a more welcoming, understanding, and open place. We build global families by bringing together au pairs with American host families—providing meaningful childcare for families, an unforgettable year in the U.S.A. for au pairs, and a culturally enriching experience for both parties.

In this sales role, you will report to the Country Product Manager. We are searching for someone who is passionate about cultural exchange, displays a great deal of responsibility and autonomy, is very sales-driven, and has excellent communication skills, both in-person and on the phone.

What you’ll do

  • Recruit, screen, and coach potential au pairs.
  • Drive sales by responding to customer needs, from telemarketing activities to WhatsApp, to meet sales targets to grow the Mexican market.
  • Create sales by working with schools, universities, job centers, fairs, and other local institutions to organize and attend promotion events to build brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the USA and headquarters in Zurich to provide an excellent experience for each au pair.
  • Be part of a fun team sharing the same passion and a ´work hard, play hard´ mentality.

Personal qualifications

  • You love connecting with people over the phone and in person and use your active listening skills to understand each customer’s needs so that you can successfully pitch our program.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit, taking ownership of your ideas and making them happen.
  • You are highly motivated to hit and exceed sales targets.
  • You are a team player who brings a positive attitude and “nothing is impossible” spirit to the team.
  • You are an organized multi-tasker who pays close attention to detail to deliver excellent customer support.

Professional Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Spanish (C2 or Native) and English proficiency
  • 1-3 years of sales experience with a proven track record
  • Salesforce knowledge is a plus
  • MS Office
