Job Duties and QualificationsBajo estricta supervisión, asiste durante el montaje y desmontaje del equipo de servicio de cementación en los lugares de trabajo para incluir la detección de recipientes de almacenamiento de cemento, la premezcla de fluidos espaciadores, el montaje de equipos de monitoreo de datos apropiados. Aprende las operaciones básicas de los pozos de petróleo, que incluyen, entre otros: capacidades de las tuberías y matemáticas de volumen / altura, presiones de aterrizaje de tapones, volúmenes absolutos (incluidos los requisitos totales de agua para el trabajo), presión hidrostática y diferencial, fuerzas resultantes, tapones equilibrados, cálculos de mezcla de cemento a granel para incluir aditivos líquidos y espaciadores ponderados, presión para invertir y determinación de ruptura y colapso. Ayuda en la operación de algunos o todos los siguientes: equipos de bombeo y mezcla de cemento, mezcladores, sistemas de medición de aditivos líquidos, bombas centrífugas, sistemas de adquisición de datos, sistemas de control automático de densidad (ADC), sistemas de mezcla, entrega y almacenamiento de cemento a granel, equipos de colectores y herramientas de liberación de tapones de cementación. Garantiza el cumplimiento de las normas y directrices de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente (HSE). Promueve y participa activamente en los procesos de mejora de la calidad.
Requisitos:
- Técnico o Técnico Superior Universitario en áreas afines a la Industria petrolera.
- Disponibilidad para cambio de residencia, en caso de ser necesario.
- Contar con experiencia costa fuera en la industria Oil & Gas.
- Promueve los estándares de HSE de la compañía, cumpliendo con todos los procedimientos, reglamentos ambientales y de seguridad local.
