Tu rol en Baxter:

#AquiEsDonde pondrás explorar los alcances como Spec, Manufacturing que se ha venido ejerciendo a lo largo de tu carrera laboral, poniendo en juego cualidades: Liderazgo, Manejo de grupos, Enfoque a resultados, Resolución de problemas, Control de procesos, Planeación y estrategia de trabajo, Control de métricas, Registro de procesos, entre los que se destaca para cumplir las expectativas de la empresa, teniendo como finalidad acercarnos a cumplir nuestra misión de salvar y sostener vidas.

Lo que realizarás en Baxter:

  • Puede supervisar y / o proporcionar orientación técnica y de seguridad o orientación a colegas, técnicos, diseñadores, redactores, creadores de modelos y otros; Puede servir como líder de proyecto.
  • Reunirse con clientes y proveedores externos para intercambiar información y ayudar con problemas técnicos más difíciles.
  • Coordinar y participar en la planificación del proyecto y puede dirigir porciones de proyectos grandes para la compañía para incluir la programación, los costos de monitoreo, los recursos, la carga de la fuerza laboral, etc. etc.
  • Diseño e implementación de accesorios / herramientas de producción y equipo de inspección.
  • Coordinación de actividades relacionadas con la transferencia de manufactura al nuevo sitio de manufactura desde el punto de vista de ingeniería o técnico de la transferencia.
  • Estimación de tiempos de ciclo, seguimiento y desarrollo de enrutadores de producción.
  • Desarrollo y mantenimiento de instrucciones de proceso de fabricación (hojas de proceso, MPS), enrutadores y lista de materiales.

Lo que aportarás:

  • 5 años de experiencia en una posición relacionada.
  • Experiencia en resolución de problemas, gestión de proyectos, prácticas lean, six sigma, transferencias de líneas.
  • Experiencia trabajando en ambientes regulados por ISO / FDA y GMP's.
  • Bilingüe: Comunicación oral y escrita en inglés requerido.
