What You Will Do
- Deliver cost-effective production equipment to manufacturing sites.
- Provide solutions that give Molex a competitive edge.
- Collaborate with production facilities to understand their needs.
- Work with internal and external vendors to provide required equipment.
- Ensure machines meet all technical and operational requirements.
- Develop machine specification documents.
- Lead automation projects as a technical project manager.
- Innovate processes and research, develop, and deploy new technologies.
- Collaborate with our global automation and manufacturing teams.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Associate’s degree with strong experience in similar roles focused on Automation solutions.
- Good experience working with high-speed automation.
- Technical knowledge in mechanical and automation engineering.
- Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
- Robust experience in vendor management, creating and maintaining good operational, strategical relationships.
- Excellent leadership skills to manage and guide a team of engineers and technicians.
- Availability to travel 20-30% (local and international).
