CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT
MAIN ACTIVITIES
- POSITION PURPOSE Serve the customer in all its queries and requirements
- Inform the customer on any shortcomings based on initial conditions (cost, delay…).
EDUCATION
Business administration, international relationship, international business, or similar
REQUIRED
KNOWLEDGE
- Basic knowledge of custom operations
- Knowledge of port operations
- Knowledge of cma cgm services
- Read, write, speak english in everyday and professional situations
- Know customer characteristics & market segmentation techniques : information analysis , use of customer database.
- Negotiation skills
