POSITION OBJECTIVE

  • Assure the EHS management system development, implementation a improvement.


YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop administrative tools to comply and evaluate the EHS performance on the different areas.
  • Develop, implement and maintain programs to comply with EHS legal requirements such as: Hazard Assessments, Regulated Chemicals, Ergonomics, PPE,
  • HAZMAT, Noise, Vibrations, Respiratory Protection...
  • Establish process to assure the compliance with BPR EHS Strategy
  • Following up of Safety KPI
  • Support the areas to conduct the risk assesment.
  • Support bussines units to establish safety projects.
  • Deploy risk assessment process including work environment conditions.
  • Support new projects and expansions on the plant.
  • Approve the new machining according EHS regulations.
  • Actively guide and participate in all efforts to promote safety awareness and increase proficiency in safe work practices in facilities.
  • Follow BRP values and behaviors
  • Ensure a safe working environment and take full accountability for all safety related topics.
  • Enforce Quality BRP policy

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

  • % Legal Compliance vs target
  • TRIR
  • PMP objectives

 Education:

  • Bachelor degree

Experience:

●         Min. 5 years experience in EHS or areas related

Language:

●         Fluent in Spanish  written and verbal.

●         English written and verbal (Min: 80%).

●         Knowledge of French or German is an advantage
