Responsabilidades:

- Analizar las necesidades de los clientes para ofrecer soluciones personalizadas en Customer Engagement.
- Realizar demostraciones de producto y presentaciones técnicas adaptadas a cada cliente.
- Diseñar arquitecturas de solución que cumplan con los requisitos específicos del cliente.
- Estimar los esfuerzos requeridos (tiempo y costos) para implementar las soluciones propuestas.
- Planificar y programar la ejecución de proyectos.
- Mantener una comunicación efectiva con los equipos de desarrollo para asegurar la precisión en las estimaciones y alcances.
- Colaborar con el equipo de ventas en el desarrollo de propuestas técnicas.
- Mantenerse actualizado con las últimas tendencias en soluciones de Customer Engagement de Microsoft.
- Recopilar y proporcionar feedback del mercado para mejorar nuestras soluciones.

Requisitos:

- Experiencia previa en roles de preventa o consultoría funcional en Customer Engagement de Microsoft.
- Dominio de las herramientas de Customer Engagement de Microsoft y la Power Platform.
- Experiencia en administración de Tenants y gestión de licencias Trial.
- Habilidad para configurar y personalizar las herramientas de CE de Microsoft para demostraciones.
- Conocimiento en metodologías de implementación de proyectos, incluyendo Sure Step.
- Familiaridad con los procesos nativos de los módulos de CE de Microsoft (Dynamics 3 6 5 Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights Journeys, Field Service, Customer Voice, Customer Insights, Canvas y Model Driven Apps, Power Pages).
