We are seeking a highly skilled Data Modeler Sr to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Data Modelling Tools . This role involves designing and developing and maintaining data solutions that drive our business forward ensuring data integrity and accessibility.

What you’ll do:

Data Modelling, Design, Stakeholder Connects, Derive Business Meaning to Data & translate into Design Models

· Design and maintain data solutions using Data Modelling Tools to support business needs.

· Oversee the integration of data from various sources to ensure data consistency and reliability.

· Provide technical expertise in the design and implementation of data architectures.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.

· Ensure data quality and integrity through rigorous testing and validation processes.

· Implement data governance practices to maintain high standards of data management.

· Monitor and optimize data workflows to enhance performance and efficiency.

· Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues in a timely manner.

· Document data processes and workflows to ensure transparency and reproducibility.

· Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data solutions.

· Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices in data management.

· Contribute to the development of data policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

· Participate in code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality and performance.

Qualifications:

· Experience in Amazon Web services with Redshift experience and data modelers skills .

· Hands on experience with Erwin.

· Experience with databases such as MongoDB, Aurora, Postgress (Nosql Databases) for data manipulation and analysis.

· Glue (for ETL processes)

· Exhibit a deep understanding of Data Catalog principles and practices.

· Have a proven track record of developing and maintaining data solutions in a business environment.

· Show excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex data issues.

· Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

· Be committed to continuous learning and staying updated with the latest data technologies.

· Have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
