Purpose

Performs various maintenance activities, preventive, corrective, supports various projects within the organization.

Responsabilities
  • Root Cause and Reliability Analysis and taking ownership for ongoing corrective action tracking, implementation, and follow up to ensure that all Root Cause analysis projects are documented 
  • Analyzing equipment performance, failure data, and corrective maintenance history to develop and deploy engineering solutions, improved maintenance strategies, preventative maintenance optimization, and other reliability techniques
  • Helps implementation plans to apply predictive maintenance techniques at our processes
  • Improving health and safety policies and procedures 
Knowledge and Skill Requirements

Education

  • Electromechanical Technician. Mechatronics Technician

Skills

Work Experience
  • 0-2 years of experience in industrial maintenance area 
  • Experience developing maintenance strategies 
  • Root cause analysis experience 
  • Understanding of TPM methodology (preferred)
