Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Monterrey, NLE for a Molding Expert. The Molding Expert will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks associated with molding operations, including setting up, operating, and troubleshooting injection molding machines. They will ensure that the molding processes meet quality and production standards, perform regular maintenance and cleaning of molds, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production efficiency. The Molding Expert will also monitor and control the inventory of molding materials and assist in new mold development and testing.


Qualifications

  • Experience in operating and troubleshooting injection molding machines
  • Knowledge of molding materials and processes
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to work with precision
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Experience in mold maintenance and cleaning is a plus
  • Experience in new mold development and testing is a plus
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in molding operations
  • Associate degree in Engineering or related field is preferred
