We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Program Manager
Project Coordinator Responsibilities:
● Continuously assess and validate that the program objectives are aligned with the strategic goals and priorities
● Define the program’s governance structure, roles and responsibilities
● Communicate with the stakeholders on regular basis to keep them informed on the program progress and any road blockers
● Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to asses the program health
● Monitor the progress of individual projects within the program along with the program as a whole
● Facilitate effective communication among project manages and stakeholders
● Foster a culture of learning and adaptability within the program
● Provide mentoring, coaching and training to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities
● Data oriented strategic thinker person that drives planning and execution of projects in partnership with Cross Functional teams.
● Develops SOPs and frameworks for program governance.
● Manages program evaluation and evolution by tracking and analyzing KPIs. Implements continuous improvement practices and oversees complex business analyses to support data-driven results
● Overseas change management activities and communications including driving adoption and business engagement as the program evolves overtime
● Leads the development of compelling, logically structured presentations and deliverables that will be shared at leadership level.
Qualifications Summary
● Bachelor's degree / Master's degree or equivalent practical experience
● Minimum 5-8 years of relevant experience of Program /project Management
● Preferred to have Project Management Professional (PMP) or 6 Sigma or Agile/Scrum, or ITIL certification
● Strong knowledge in excel / Google sheets or similar tools
● Experience in enterprise GTM or Sales Ops role
● Foundational SQL skills is an advantage
● Team player with excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills; stakeholder management skills
● Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
● Comfortable with ambiguity
● Experience in Could Ecosystems is preferred
