Data Analyst Operations Sr.


Objetivo principal:

Cuidar la integridad y consistencia de los OKR's / KPI's digitales para asegurar el correcto performance del funnel de conversión en cada uno de los canales digitales, basados en data.


¿Qué haras?

- Seguimiento y visibilidad diaria al performance todos los indicadores digitales para cada canal digital, así como también venta, cancelaciones y devoluciones a total negocio Catálogo Extendido.

- Detección de oportunidades y errores en el journey de compra de nuestros canales digitales.

- Robustecer nuestra plataforma para análisis de indicadores digitales, venta, cancelaciones y devoluciones a total negocio Catálogo Extendido.


¿A quién buscamos?

- Experiencia de 3 a 5 años en roles similares.

- Experiencia en manejo de herramientas de visualización de datos como Power BI, Tableau, Tableau Prep.

- Experiencia en manejo de herramientas en lenguajes de programación como SQL, Python, lenguaje C++, R.

- Experiencia en manejo de herramientas en herramientas de analisis como Excel, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.

- Experiencia en elaboración y presentación de reportes.

- Manejo y analisis de metricas, KPI's e indicadores.

- Trabajo con diferentes stakeholders.

- Inglés conversacional intermedio avanzado.
