We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Accounts Payable Analyst with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a high level of proficiency in English and have advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables and dynamic tables. This role is crucial to maintaining the financial health and integrity of the company by ensuring accurate and timely processing of all accounts payable transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Payable Analyst, you will be responsible for managing and processing invoices, reconciling vendor statements, and ensuring that all payments are made on time. You will work closely with other departments to gather and verify invoice information, address any discrepancies, and maintain accurate financial records. Your ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, will be essential in coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders.
In this role, you will also utilize your advanced Excel skills to analyze financial data, create reports, and develop efficient processes for managing accounts payable. Your objective approach and focus on results will help drive continuous improvement in our financial operations.

We are looking for:
- 2 years of experience in Accounts Payable area
- CPA/CPC or equivalent degree in finance and accounting OR alternate finance.
- High English level (Written and Spoken)
- Focused on objectives and results
- Excel skills including pivot tables
- You are a dynamic, objective, flexible, resolute, innovative, results-oriented person
