üProvide Support to the sales force in establishing trust and excellent customer satisfaction worldwide, through the process of receiving, coordinating and answer all questions
üResponsible to lead the Customer complaints and successfully closed.
üFollow up regularly with customers in all matters pending and not solve.
üProvide RGA and monitor the backlog.
üCoordinate the different departments to meet the need of customers
üCoordinate production changes in quality, engineering, according to customer needs
üBachelor Degree
üBilingual (English 95%)
ü4 years of experience in customer service or similar areas preferable.
üGood interpersonal skills
üCustomer service focus and quick learning.
üWork team and communication skills.
üAvailability and documentation to travel to USA.
