Job Overview:
We are looking for a Bilingual Digital Marketing Associate with a diverse yet strong and multi-faceted background in digital marketing, matched with the ability to be self-sufficient and organized. In this role, you will report to the Senior Digital Marketing Manager and collaborate with colleagues across the business and marketing to optimize, build, and measure successful marketing campaigns across digital channels. As an ideal candidate, you will have strong project management and technical skills in web, SEO, Email Marketing, and Analytics. In this role, you will be the subject matter expert for marketing execution and reporting through digital channels. You will guide fellow marketers on the best practices and appropriate approaches to reach our target audience with our content.
This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the Mexico City office. There is no option to be fully remote.

Key Responsibilities
Support marketing teams as the digital marketing subject matter expert in identifying and executing the digital strategy of campaigns, ensuring output on digital channels is in alignment with campaign goals
Coordinate and prioritize project or campaign needs, resources, and information with stakeholders to move projects forward
Support the implementation, roll-out, and adoption of new marketing platforms and tools, including developing and conducting training for Marketing colleagues
Advise country and business marketing team on best practices leveraging marketing automation tools and optimizing day-to-day marketing activities, including marketing e-mail strategies, SEO, and website updates in privacy-compliant ways
Coordinate with other marketing colleagues on the building, reviewing and approving e-mails and e-mail journeys within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing, ensuring best practices are applied
Respond and handle page building and publishing requests within our CMS, Adobe Experience Manager; perform keyword research and gather SEO metrics to help guide campaign strategy and leverage it to optimize and build landing pages, measure and report performance across channels
What we are looking for:
Two+ years of experience in the digital marketing field in a B2B company, with end-to-end digital marketing campaign management
Strong understanding of Marketing technology and platforms and advanced marketing analytics knowledge
Proficiency in working with Marketing automation and content management systems, in particular, Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing and Adobe Experience Manager
Familiarity with project management concepts and applications like Monday.com or any other equivalent tools
Excellent communicator who enjoys being part of and working with a diverse, globally distributed team.
Fluency in spoken and written English REQUIRED
Goal-oriented and self-motivated individual with strong project management skills and a passion for technology, digital marketing, and innovation
