Key responsibilities- Esta posición es responsable de las negociaciones de todos las materias primas de la categoría de químicos para-Kerry Mexico, Cacar & Andina, analizando el TCO (costo total de adquisición). Es responsable de cerca de 28 M de USD de gasto anual.
- Es responsable de la agenda de productividad de la categoría (PIP´s RM & FG). • Es responsable de definir y ejecutar las estrategias de cash conversión con los principales proveedores de la categoría, aumentando Payment terms, manejando entregas mas pequeñas y mas frecuentes, manteniendo inventarios de seguridad locales y/o cercanos para apoyar las fluctuaciones de la demanda.
- Es responsable de las iniciativas de estandarización de materiales buscando reducir complejidad y ser backups entre las diferentes plantas de las dos subregiones.
- Es responsable de ejecutar los planes de mitigación de riesgos ante situaciones criticas de abasto de los materiales de esta categoría.
- Es el contacto para–North Latam con Global procurement para las estrategias de abasto globales, buscando identificar lo que mas le convenga a las subregiones en TCO, lo local, regional o global.
- Es responsable por desarrollar nuevos proveedores para los proyectos de innovación garantizando abasto en tiempo y costo competitivo.
- Responsable de la agenda de sustentabilidad de los materiales de la categoría de Químicos.
- Responsable de maximizar el uso de las herramientas globales como coupa para los E-tenders (licitaciones)
- Responsable de garantizar los business terms en el 100% de los contratos en SAP para los materiales de su categoría
- Conocimiento del mercado proveedor
- Habilidades de negociación
- Fortaleza en trabajo en equipo para una eficiente interacción con las diferentes áreas tales como R&D para el desarrollo de estrategias de cambios de proveedores y/o sustituciones de materiales
- Alta capacidad analítica (“que le hablen los números)
- Entender los requerimientos regulatorios de los ingredientes químicos principalmente los usados para el negocio de Taste.
- Disciplina en el control de los ahorros en Salesforce
- Eficiente relacionamiento con equipos globales de procurement.
